NEW BUSINESS:

NFAA Agenda items to be discussed and voted on are as follows:

Item submitted by Pa. at  present  50% of the registration fee is to be refunded to no shows.  The motion asks to delete the 50% refunds to no shows.  Item was vetoed by a vote of the BCR.

Item submitted by Southwest Section:  Freestyle Bowhunter.  Eliminate this entire section. Anyone wishing to compete  with  sights and release may compete  in Freestyle.  Freestyle Limited  Bowhunter.  Eliminate this entire section.  Anyone wishing to compete with sights and fingers may compete in Freestyle Limited.  Item was vetoed by a vote of the BCR.

Item submitted by Mid Atlantic Councilman:  Change the official Field round from  28 targets to 20 targets.  Three arrows maximum  at  each target.  Using existing target faces.  Scored 10, 8, 5.  Perfect  score of  600.  Yardage to be eliminated,  80 yard walk up, 45 yard walk up, 15 yard and 35 foot walk up.  X’s to be counted as tie breakers only.  At fan shots, where two faces are presented, shoot  two arrows in one face and one arrow in the other.  You choose.    Item was passed by vote of  BCR.

Item  submitted by Pro Division:  The National  Outdoor tournament winners are chosen for  their  shooting  accuracy.  The Animal Round should reflect that accuracy by placing a target  X-ring into the scoring area of  the animal target.  This X-ring would have a one point value and  correspond  with the X-ring  size on the field  target  shot at the same distance.  Item was vetoed  by the vote of the BCR.
