The Fifth
regularly scheduled meeting of the State Field Archery Association of New
Jersey for 2003 was held Friday evening November 21 19, 2003
President
Doug Joyce called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M.
Those
participating in the meeting were Club representatives and members of the
following Field Archery Clubs.

Booklet -
Being finalized. Get BCR, Secy Names,
Addresses, etc. to him ASAP. Call, email, whatever to Jim. Ads must be
submitted if you are making changes. Harry’s upset because they didn’t get back
cover. LAST DATE HAS PASSED.
Schedules
will be stapled in book, and printed in book.
He would
like to get out by January. 1000 books, 1500 schedules.
We will be
participating in the Sportsmen show. Jan 8-10, 2004. Help will be needed.
Get any
literature you want to be distributed there to Jim.

inspections – required each time a 3D layout is changed. $15 fee.

Resiprocity agreement with border state. NFAA knows nothing.

SFAA annual dues from $5.00 to $10.00 dollars effective 1/1/04
Lengthy
discussion followed.
Dover feels
that we are only penalizing NFAA members because 3D and Sunday indoor shooters
don’t require any card. Life members incur no cost.
Alternative
suggested. Raise shoot fees instead.
